    Description

    DiFilippo is seeking a dynamic leader to join their team

    With over 120 years of industry experience, DiFilippo is a renowned organization looking to add a passionate and purpose-driven individual to their team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for servicing a client base of 2,000 businesses, fostering new relationships, and leading a team to achieve set goals.

    As the appointed leader, you will receive a weekly pay ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year, with the potential to advance to the role of Agency Director. Key responsibilities include:

    • Servicing existing clients
    • Researching new business opportunities (B2B)
    • Supervising team activities and performance
    • Training and developing team members
    • Providing daily reports using Salesforce-based CRM
    • Emphasizing on recruitment, training, and leadership development

    The ideal candidate should possess:

    • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
    • Strong leadership and supervisory abilities
    • Capacity to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively
    • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
    • Passion for aiding others and cultivating connections
    • Previous experience in sales or customer service
    • Self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset
    • Community-oriented mindset
    • Familiarity with CRMs, preferably Salesforce

    Licensing requirements include a valid driver's license, eligibility to work in the U.S., a clean background, and personal transportation. Additionally, there is a 45-day evaluation period before potential advancement.
