- Day-to-day account/project management for key MercerRx clients
- Assist with managing different internal resources to create client deliverables. This could include pricing team, clinical resources and H&B consultants.
- Handle quick deadlines and multiple projects at the same time.
- Participate in regional and national marketing pursuits
- Work effectively as part of a team
- Analyze pharmacy data in the MercerRx data warehouse
- Assist in new analytic solution development based on marketplace changes
- Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Computer Science degree
- Analytical, communication, and listening skills
- Excellent organization and project management skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft office products
- Client-facing experience within a consulting or Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) environment
- Ability to prioritize and simultaneously handle multiple and complex projects in a demanding work environment
