Job Summary:

Responsibilities:


  • Administer employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans
  • Conduct employee orientations to explain and enroll employees in benefits programs
  • Collaborate with HRIS systems such as SAP, PeopleSoft, or Dayforce to manage benefit data
  • Assist in workers' compensation claims processing and management
  • Provide training development on benefit programs to employees
  • Stay updated on employment labor laws and regulations related to benefits
  • Negotiate benefit contracts with vendors to ensure costeffective solutions

Skills:


  • Proficiency in Medicare regulations and compliance
  • Experience with HRIS systems like SAP, PeopleSoft, or Dayforce
  • Strong knowledge of workers' compensation processes
  • Ability to conduct employee orientations effectively
  • Familiarity with training development techniques for benefit programs
  • Understanding of employment labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent negotiation skills for vendor contract management
