    Marketing and Sales Representative Responsibilities:

    • Engage with customers and the community to ensure satisfaction, boost sales, and assist in marketing campaigns for our clients
    • Demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of our client's offerings to deliver accurate information, drive sales, and optimize marketing initiatives
    • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines consistently
    • Participate in training sessions and company gatherings to stay informed on product details, sales strategies, and organizational guidelines
    • Maintain thorough records of customer interactions to monitor sales, marketing impact, and performance metrics

    Requirements of a Marketing and Sales Representative:

    • Completion of high school education or equivalent
    • Prior experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous but not obligatory
    • Demonstrated strong interpersonal abilities
    • Ability to adapt and remain composed in the face of evolving customer demands and changing sales and marketing needs
    • Strong time management and organizational proficiencies to efficiently handle multiple customer inquiries
    • Compliance with company protocols, industry standards, and regulations
