    Description
    Join a family-owned construction company that is experiencing tremendous growth


    Roles & Responsibilities:
    Partnering with department managers to identify hiring needs

    Fostering a pipeline of qualified candidates for sales positions, as well as occasional operations and management positions

    Screening candidates and coordinating interviews with hiring managers

    Onboarding new Team Members

    Monitoring new hire and Team Member training and development progress

    Off-boarding departing Team Members

    Partnering with leadership to define and execute our human capital and talent strategy

    Overseeing the daily workflow of the Human Resources function

    Formalize Human Resources policies and procedures

    Managing benefit programs and enrollments

    Managing Personal Time-Off schedules and programs

    Facilitating an annual performance review program and compensation reviews

    Maintaining employee files

    Facilitating employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations

    Maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

    Other duties as assigned


    Required Skills and Experience:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.

    Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for Sales roles.

    Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.

    Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

    Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.

    Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.

    Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

    A bachelor's degree in business management, human resources, communications, psychology, or any other related field is preferred.

    At least four years of recruitment, hiring, and onboarding experience is highly preferred.
