    Role:
    Senior Compensation Manager- HR

    Key Responsibilities:


    Work with Chief People Officer and VP, People on developing and implementing a comprehensive compensation strategy that supports the organization's goals and objectives.

    Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis of compensation practices to ensure competitiveness in the market.

    Lead the job evaluation process to determine appropriate salary grades and ranges for different positions within the organization.

    Collaborate with Finance, Ops and People team members to develop and manage the compensation budget.

    Provide guidance on salary adjustments, bonus programs, and other compensation-related expenses.

    Review and analyze compensation data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

    Partner with the People team to integrate compensation programs with performance management processes.

    Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies governing compensation practices.

    Communicate compensation programs, policies, and guidelines to employees and managers.

    What we are looking for:
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

    Professional certification (e.g., CCP, PHR, SPHR) is preferred.

    Proven experience with at least 5 years in compensation management

    Strong Excel skills with experience doing compensation modeling.

    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven recommendations.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels.

    Thorough understanding of compensation principles, practices, and regulations.

    Proficiency in compensation benchmarking tools required and Workday experience preferred.

    Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
