Who will I be working with? In support of Inflow, you will be working remotely with our HQ team. Our HQ office is located in San Antonio, Texas. We may need you to travel, on occasion, for an in-person meeting or conference.

What level Clearance do I need? You do not need a government security clearance.

What are the hours? This is a full-time, salaried position.

What will I be doing? Using your experience and expertise, you will provide Deltek Costpoint accounting support to the Director of Contracts & Accounting and HQ Team. A key deliverable for this role is a comprehensive suite of user-friendly reports that answer Inflow's many reporting needs. GOVCON experience is required.

In addition, you will:

• Perform day-to-day accounting duties and record-keeping
• Leverage your background with Costpoint and other reporting tools, as well as general government contracting knowledge, to offer holistic recommendations for improvements, enhancements, or new reporting
• Provide budgeting and forecasting
• Process weekly Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Review expense reports to ensure they align with expense policies
• Prepare and submit bi-monthly Payroll
• Post bi-monthly 401k contributions and Leave accruals
• Produce routine accounting summaries and reports
• Assist with new Project and Employee setups
• Prepare monthly customer invoices
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes and audit preparations
• Process contract modifications and close-outs
• Provide Deltek timesheet & expense support and troubleshooting as needed
• Support Deltek system upgrades
• Prepare Incurred Cost Submissions
• Prepare and file 1099s
• Maintain confidentiality of all financial data
• Additional tasks as assigned

What experience, training, and education do I need?

You must meet the minimum requirements:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience
• Proficiency with Deltek Costpoint and Time & Expense
• Experience with accounting of Federal Government contracts
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
• Exceptional writing and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently on assigned duties
