Sales Executive
and if you have a strong passion for it, we invite you to join our team.
In this role you will:
Prospect, identify, and qualify potential clients within the hospitality industry.
Pursue prospects gathered through marketing, trade show, cold calling, and incoming leads.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' business objectives and pain points.
Demonstrate tailored solutions powered by Silverware that address client specific requirements and delivery maximum value.
Prepare detailed proposals for prospects and customers to meet or exceed annual sales goals.
Negotiate pricing, packaging, terms and contracts to close deals in a timely manner.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Represent Silverware at industry trade shows to promote products as required.
Utilizing Salesforce CRM to track, build and monitor your sales plan and targets.
Provide regular reports and update son sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
Requirements:
Ability to create and deliver presentations.
Passionate about sales and has a knack of understanding client requirements.
Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple business units, partners and solution teams.
The ability to showcase a strong sales skill set including but not exclusively; lead generation, cold calling, working with CRM systems.
Strong listening, negotiation and facilitation skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in POS sales will be considered an asset.
