    Location: Fresno

    Compensation Range: $19-23 per hour

    Education: High School Diploma

    Note: While job specifics matter, hitting 90% of the criteria will be a strong consideration factor for this role.

    Job Description:

    • Oversees cash flow to ensure timely payments.
    • Establishes invoice guidelines for accurate ledger upkeep.
    • Reviews expense reports and invoices for accuracy.
    • Verifies payments before approval by the controller.
    • Reconciles accounts payable total with ledger records.
    • Assists in preparing budget reports and purchase journals.
    • Maintains proper records for tax and audit purposes.
    • Collects necessary vendor information for tax submissions.
    • Organizes and stores records for audits.
    • Performs assigned related tasks.

    Additional Skills:

    • Proficiency in MS Office.
    • Strong calculation skills for discounts, commissions, and percentages.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Ability to create reports and business correspondence.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication.
