    Description

    AMMON Staffing is currently recruiting for a Project Manager with experience in heavy civil construction projects. As a Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of infrastructure and heavy civil construction projects. Leveraging your expertise, you will ensure efficient and safe delivery of each project. This position is based in New Orleans, LA, but it does require frequent travel to other states for projects.

    Position Title: Project Manager, Infrastructure Delivery

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and resources to deliver projects on time and on budget
    • Oversee procurement, coordination and performance of subcontractors involved in construction, stone placement, asphalt, concrete
    • Serve as primary liaison between the company, clients, design teams, and regulatory agencies to coordinate project requirements and resolve issues
    • Conduct regular oversight of construction quality, safety, and compliance with policies and permits
    • Identify and mitigate risks through effective management of changes in scope, budget, or schedule
    • Maintain positive client relationships and regularly report on project progress
    • Mentor junior project staff and contribute to continuous improvement of Company's program delivery
    Qualifications
    • Minimum 5 years progressive experience delivering heavy civil and infrastructure projects (Required)
    • Experience with Government Contracting (is a huge PLUS)
    • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field (is a plus)
    • Demonstrated success managing complex projects from planning through closeout
    • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills
    • Working knowledge of construction and project management software
    Pay Rate: $100,000-$125,000/yr, DOE
