    TBX Benefits is on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Account Manager to join our team.

    Your responsibilities will include nurturing relationships, managing client accounts, and ensuring the successful implementation of benefit plans.

    You will work closely with our internal teams to deliver exceptional service and address any client inquiries or concerns that may arise.

    Full-time

    Account Manager Key Responsibilities:
    Ensure smooth implementation and renewal of benefit plans
    Conduct client meetings, presentations, and training sessions
    Deliver exceptional service and support
    Collaborate with internal teams for flawless service delivery


    Account Manager Qualifications:
    One to three years of experience in Account Management or a related field
    Analytical mindset with proficiency in relevant software applications
