- Assist in the installation of HVAC systems, including ductwork, wiring, and piping.
- Support the Lead HVAC Technician in performing routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems.
- Help with the diagnosis of HVAC system issues and assist in implementing solutions.
- Load and unload HVAC equipment and materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
- Complete required paperwork and documentation accurately and on time.
- Participate in training sessions and stay updated on industry best practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems and components.
- Previous experience in HVAC installation or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and materials (up to 50 lbs).
