Job Description As a warm voice on the phone or a friendly contact via email: you provide our guests with excellent service from the moment of reservation.

In addition, you take care of:

  • Checking and processing reservations, overbookings, and options
  • Maintenance of Sihot and electronic reservation systems
  • Invoice creation and control (debtors and creditors) in accordance with price guidelines
  • Deposit handling and monitoring of timely payments
  • Support for sales
