    Location: Based in Rochester, NY with a requirement to work in the office 3 days a week.

    Job Title: Jr. Associate, Services

    The Role: As a Jr. Associate at PureSpectrum, you have the opportunity to kickstart your market research career with hands-on project management experience. You will collaborate with a supportive team, ensuring the successful delivery of client projects, and receive mentorship from the Senior Director of North America Services.

    Your Duties:

    • Assist in managing complex projects with guidance from senior team members
    • Keep clients updated on project developments through preferred channels
    • Participate in project setup meetings under senior team member supervision
    • Complete bids for tracking using Pipedrive and other tools
    • Ensure projects meet delivery standards and collect performance data
    • Provide feedback on project performance to enhance future deliveries
    • Identify and report issues for collaborative problem-solving
    • Develop insights industry knowledge for improved project delivery

    Requirements:

    • Prior Market Research experience preferred
    • Ability to handle multiple projects with varying priorities
    • Proficiency in learning and utilizing new technology platforms
    • Strong critical thinking and communication skills
    • Proactive problem-solving and continuous learning mindset
    • Passion for building positive relationships within teams and with customers
