- Experience managing Operations performance against the baseline program plan by monitoring quality, schedule and cost performance of all Operations functions.
- Experience utilizing Operations data, i.e. status, and present it in a clear and concise manner to Operations Management, Program Management and / or Engineering Management.
- Experience utilizing departmental standards, generate Operational plans (i.e. Manufacturing, Sales) and schedules and utilize them to provide direction to the functional departments.
- Active participation with project/team meetings providing clear direction to the various functional areas.
- Good interpersonal skills required at all levels of the team, the touch personnel side, to the support functions and all levels of management up to the Director of Programs.
- Experience with cost tracking utilizing existing tools and procedures leading to presentation of cost positions, EAC positions and variance explanations against the released budget and leading proposal development.
- Proficient with MS Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills both verbally and written to present to all levels of leadership.
- Highly motivated and solution oriented, continuous improvement mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills, able to execute multiple projects simultaneously and effectively.
- Ability to hold others accountable to actions and action closure.

In Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions, we provide next-generation threat detection and countermeasure solutions to provide unparalleled electronic warfare capabilities to enhance mission survivability.
In this role you will be part of the Advanced Compact EW Solutions (ACES) product line and directly responsible for supporting a dynamic production program. ACES is developing the next generation of expendable countermeasures and dispenser solutions leveraging our 40 year history in these technologies. Building on foundational programs such as ALE-55 and ALE-47 we are positioned well for continued growth.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $ $191070
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
