    Description
    Team Description We are seeking a highly motivated Field Marketing Coordinator to join our growing Field Marketing team. This person will play a vital role in supporting our field marketing initiatives and events.

    This person will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft memorable brand experiences and drive pipeline growth and deal acceleration.

    Role Responsibilities Conduct venue research and manage the contract approval process for in-person regional field events that are compelling and engage target audiencesOwn swag inventory and assist field marketing managers with sending swag to customers for on-site meetingsCollaborate with the design team to create eye-catching event signageAssist field marketing managers with pre- and post-event activities to increase an event's ROITravel on-site to support field marketing managers with event execution, ensuring everything runs smoothlyMinimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience, including marketing, event planning, or salesAttention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality output and resultsStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlinesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external teams and stakeholdersComfortable and flexible in a fast-changing environment with a "quick start" mentalityDemonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to travelPreferred Qualifications Background in B2B SaaS marketing or sales environmentCreative and strategic thinker that is detail-oriented and has a positive and proactive approachAbility to leverage corporate campaigns alongside field initiatives to drive full funnel demand

    CompensationOur salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide.

    The expected salary range for this role to be performed in Raleigh, NC is $50,400 - $63,000.Individual pay rate decisions, including offers made within and over the expected salary range, are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
