    Primary Responsibilities
    HDR is in need of a Marketing Coordinator to join our Water Business Group in Raleigh, NC. Candidate would coordinate and prepare submissions from the point of decision to client delivery.

    Candidate would work with Marketing team and Project Managers to write and edit text, develop layout, and coordinate graphics and text for proposals, presentations, and other marketing material.

    In the role of Marketing Coordinator, we'll count on you to:

    Coordinate proposal submissions from start to finish
    Write and edit marketing and technical documents
    Provide strategic messaging for pursuits, social media and other events
    Develop and coordinate graphics
    Be responsible for timely production and quality of marketing communications
    Prepare materials, including qualifications, brochures, presentations, newsletters, proposals, award submittals, announcements and reports; Use intranet, collaboration and file repository sites
    Write non-technical text; edit and proofread marketing communications
    Assist with maintaining client lists, providing desktop publishing and archiving files for the local marketing program
    Maintain updated data in company systems, including:

    photography, resumes, project descriptions, contacts, and skill-sets inventory
    Interface with people both inside and outside the firm to fulfill job requirements
    Assist with coordination of conference presentations, events and sponsorships
    Perform other duties as needed
    Qualifications
    Required Qualifications
    Associate degree in a closely related field or combination of education and relevant experience
    Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Photoshop and Adobe InDesign
    Organized, decisive, detail-oriented, and committed to HDR quality standards
    Excellent writing and grammatical skills and ability to adapt to an industry-specific style guide
    Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines and make independent decisions critical to job success
    Strong communication skills (ability to communicate efficiently and effectively).
    Quick self-starter, action-oriented, who thrives in a collaborative environment that includes varied technical staff
    Willingness to travel between HDR offices
    An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
    Preferred Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree in a closely related field or combination of education and relevant experience
