    Join Phillips 66 as a Maintenance Coordinator


    At Phillips 66, we believe in the power of collaboration to drive progress. As a Maintenance Coordinator, working under the supervision of the Maintenance Superintendent, your role is crucial in overseeing pipeline maintenance and construction activities in your designated area. Based in Pasadena/Spring/Sweeny Texas, you will play a key part in planning, scheduling, and executing maintenance tasks to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.


    Responsibilities include:

    • Ensuring procedural consistency and equipment quality across maintenance operations
    • Engaging in long and short-term maintenance planning processes
    • Supervising pipeline construction and maintenance projects
    • Mentoring maintenance contractors
    • Conducting audits for process performance and regulatory compliance
    • Providing safety oversight for maintenance activities
    • Assisting with DOT compliance audits
    • Developing project execution and safety plans

    Basic Requirements
    • Legal right to work in the job posting area
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Minimum age of 18
    • Valid driver's license
    • Ability to obtain a TWIC card
    • Experience in industrial maintenance
    • Knowledge of pipeline operations and maintenance
    • Operator Qualification Certificate

    Preferred Qualifications
    • Associate's degree or higher
    • Supervisory experience
    • Proficiency in Excel, Word, SAP, and Microsoft Projects
    • Understanding of pipeline integrity and maintenance techniques
