General Position Overview:
The Maintenance Coordinator helps to ensure that facilities are compliant with health and safety standards and serve the needs of the program.
- Monday to Friday 07:30am to 04:30pm
- Off Saturday to Sunday.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clear, safe, and sanitary environment in all areas of the internal and external facility.
- Help Maintain outdoor lawn and plant area.
- Accomplish minor repairs to the facility as directed.
- Clean and sanitize the adult day care center.
- Other jobrelated duties as assigned.
- Maintain a clear, safe, and sanitary environment in all areas of the internal and external facility.
- Help set up and clean up after events.
- Cleaning and sanitizing.
- A variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
- Replenish needed supplies from rooms if needed, and bathrooms.
Qualifications:
Must maintain current California Driver License and insurance. Must be able to lift a minimum of 60 lbs. Ability to take direction and work independently. Basic janitorial and handyman skills required. Be able to pass a background check.
Pay:
$18.00 per hour
