    Job Description

    A Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is a key player, working closely with business leaders and departments to ensure HR strategies are in line with business objectives. The role involves developing and executing HR strategies, policies, and programs that contribute to the company's goals while creating a supportive work environment and enhancing employee engagement.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with business leaders to grasp organizational goals and objectives.
    • Devise HR strategies that coincide with business priorities for organizational triumph.
    • Act as a trusted advisor, offering guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
    • Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and performance management.
    • Implement retention strategies to attract and keep top talent.
    • Provide guidance on performance goals and evaluations.
    • Develop and execute performance improvement plans as required.
    • Identify training needs and partner with the Learning & Development department.
    • Stay current on HR laws, regulations, and trends to ensure compliance.
    • Assist in crafting HR policies that comply with legal requirements and promote inclusivity.
    • Cultivate a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives.
    • Other duties as needed.

    Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Preferably a BS degree in Human Resources or related field.
    • Previous work experience as an HR business partner is a plus.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Effective problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
    • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
    • Analytical and goal-oriented mindset.
    • Familiarity with HR metrics and labor laws.
    • Thorough understanding of HR functions and best practices.
    • Texas Driver's License and ability to work flexibly.
    • Proficiency in Spanish is desirable.

    Physical Requirements

    • Extended periods of desk work and computer usage.
    • Occasional lifting of up to 15 pounds.
    • Physical mobility including walking, balancing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
    • Ability to handle moderate stress levels.
    • Specific vision abilities required.
