- Act as a trusted advisor, offering guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and performance management.
- Implement retention strategies to attract and keep top talent.
- Provide guidance on performance goals and evaluations.
- Develop and execute performance improvement plans as required.
- Identify training needs and partner with the Learning & Development department.
- Stay current on HR laws, regulations, and trends to ensure compliance.
- Assist in crafting HR policies that comply with legal requirements and promote inclusivity.
- Cultivate a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferably a BS degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Previous work experience as an HR business partner is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Analytical and goal-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with HR metrics and labor laws.
- Thorough understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Texas Driver's License and ability to work flexibly.
- Proficiency in Spanish is desirable.
- Extended periods of desk work and computer usage.
- Occasional lifting of up to 15 pounds.
- Physical mobility including walking, balancing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
- Ability to handle moderate stress levels.
