    Key Role: Senior HR Business Partner

    The Senior HR Business Partner collaborates with the leadership team to implement human capital strategies that meet current and future business needs. This senior management position serves as a consultant and coach, identifying and solving problems to drive business performance and employee engagement. The role encompasses a variety of Human Resources programs and services that bring tangible value to the organization.

    Main Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Actively contribute to the Site Leadership Team to shape culture, drive change, and boost engagement.
    • Define and communicate strategic business goals throughout the organization.
    • Act as a strategic HR partner to identify areas for growth and development.
    • Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR policies.
    • Promote employee engagement through various initiatives.
    • Work with leadership to create a comprehensive people plan for the future.
    • Manage HRIS, payroll, and other HR processes accurately.
    • Build relationships to enhance business performance and solve problems.
    • Deliver various training programs and ensure compliance with all requirements.
    • Use data to identify opportunities and develop targeted programs.

    Who we are looking for

    To succeed in this role, you should have:

    • A Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field

    Experience:

    • Five years of high-level HR experience
    • Strong communication skills with excellent business acumen
    • Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus
    • Experience managing multiple HR areas, especially in manufacturing or CPG industries

    Language Skills

    • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
    • Ability to read and interpret various documents
    • Proficiency in report writing and presenting information effectively
