    As a Senior Systems Developer, you'll guide junior Developers, work on system design, security, scalability, and performance, and assist in solving production issues. You'll also collaborate with different teams to deliver top-notch digital experiences and stay ahead of new technologies.

    What you'll be doing

    • Coach and mentor junior engineers
    • Contribute to system design, security, scalability, and performance
    • Support build and deployment processes
    • Identify and architect solutions for new features
    • Work with Product, Design, and QA teams
    • Stay updated on new technologies
    • Improve cloud infrastructure
    • Lead technical design initiatives
    • Recommend process improvements based on industry standards
    • Diagnose and solve technical issues
    • Communicate development statuses and concerns
    • Create documentation and training materials
    • Support applications
    • Stay aware of vendor roadmaps
    • Develop security-based systems
    • Understand security ecosystems and automation

    Who you are

    • Experienced in Java, Python, Flask, HTML
    • Well-versed in Microservices and Cloud computing
    • 5+ years of application development experience
    • Familiar with microservice architecture
    • Strong ownership mentality
    • Enthusiastic about learning new technologies
    • Deep understanding of development methodologies
    • Comprehensive knowledge of CS fundamentals
    • Advanced knowledge of system architecture
    • Skilled in software engineering tools
    • Comfortable with Lean Startup or Agile methodologies
    • Knowledgeable in build and release procedures
    • Degree or equivalent work experience
    • Experience in containerizing applications
    • Advanced knowledge in data architecture and modeling
