    Role: Sales and Marketing Associate

    We are seeking a professional to support a dynamic and growing business in a highly visible role within a diverse and supportive environment. This individual will play a critical role in supporting the Sales and Marketing team in the business development and investor relations functions. The ideal candidate for this position is a high-energy, polished initiative-taker with strong organizational skills, outstanding communication and people skills, and strong diligence.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for organizing the Sales & Marketing team.
    • Understand priorities, process and initiatives of the team and drive to completion.
    • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of ABS Global investment strategies.
    • Internal daily reporting and expense reporting preparation.
    • Prepare PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets.
    • Manage internal team meetings and calls.
    • Maintain agenda, record notes for distribution, send follow ups to individuals.
    • Ad hoc Contact Relationship Management (CRM) projects.
    • Assist with special projects, executive firm events and annual conference.
    • Collaborate with Distribution team to gather information on needs and opportunities.
    • Represent the firm with integrity and model firm values and professional standards.

    Qualifications:

    • 4-year University/College Degree required.
    • Organized and comfortable working in a demanding environment; able to prioritize.
    • Ability to work independently and solve problems; mindfulness is essential.
    • High client service orientation, collaborator with exceptional people skills.
    • Must work well with others toward common goals.
    • Organized and comfortable working in a challenging environment; able to prioritize.
