- Assist with the continued documentation and development of Records Management procedures.
- Support implementation of new Digital Records Management ("DRM") system.
- Administer Access Records Management.
- Assist in downloading/saving the closing files from from outside counsel.
- Research and manage status of outstanding closing documents from closing law firms.
- Gather property document requests for projects: Dispositions, Joint Ventures & Financing.
- Extract Title Exception Documents from Title Commitments.
- Create post-closing indexes of documents received by property level to be uploaded into the new DRM platform.
- Research the status of recorded mortgage release documents.
