    TEAM Enterprises is on the lookout for a Regional Manager in the Northeast region (NY, NJ, PA, or MA base). This role involves steering on and off-premise sales growth for our client's brands through top-notch promotion execution. It's a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with a thriving client and contribute to their success in the US market.     YOUR ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

    Responsibilities in People Development:

    • Recruit, train, and manage personnel in your assigned territory
    • Conduct interviews, select candidates, and handle onboarding processes
    • Provide guidance and feedback, ensuring team members are well-versed in their roles
    • Lead by example, emphasizing the importance of tasks and industry knowledge
    • Manage performance concerns promptly and effectively

    Responsibilities in Client Relationship:

    • Collaborate with clients and distributors to meet goals
    • Ensure your team's objectives align with client expectations
    • Keep clients updated, gather feedback, and proactively address needs
    • Stay informed about industry trends and competition activities
    • Identify growth opportunities and deliver exceptional service

    Responsibilities in Field Execution:

    • Supervise promotional staff, ensuring they are well-trained and exceed standards
    • Plan and monitor promotional activities to drive results
    • Build strong relationships with key accounts and seize growth opportunities

    Administrative Responsibilities:

    • Maintain accurate records, communicate plans, and manage paperwork efficiently
    • Ensure compliance and integrity in all activities and reporting
    • Share insights and learnings to enhance overall results

    WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

    • Preferably a college degree
    • Minimum 4 years in team management and promotional marketing
    • Knowledge of on and off-premise marketing
    • Prior experience in promotion agencies is a plus
    • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
    • Excellent computer proficiency and analytical abilities
    • Geographically based in the Northeast US with willingness to travel
    • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to relocate as needed
