    Recruiting Assistant
    Are you energetic, motivated, a self-starter and loves connecting with different individuals? We are seeking a self-starting Recruiting Assistant.

    This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to join our team, get after the business and have fun helping businesses grow.


    Shift/Hours:
    Monday-Friday, First Shift, 8:00 - 5:00 PM

    Pay Rate:
    $18.00/hr - $20.00/hr

    Location:
    Columbia, MD

    Experience:
    Entry-level to mid-level, 2-5 years
    We're looking for a recruiting assistant to join our company. PrideStaff Columbia is part of an award winning national staffing and recruiting firm. We are a locally veteran-owned business.

    In 2021 we opened our doors in MD and we continue to grow, adding new members to our central Maryland area office.

    Recruiting Assistant - Primary Responsibilities
    Answer incoming calls and either assist the call or triage it to the appropriate person
    Enter accurately all necessary application and field associate information into the system
    Pre-screen, schedule for in-person interviews and onboard qualified applicants
    Handle client and applicant matters in a timely and professional manner
    Process new hire documentation within the system
    Recruit candidates for open positions
    Administer payroll for our employees
    Recruiting Assistant

    • Required Qualifications
    • 3 years of customer service or retail experience (people business)
    Self-directed, ambitious, motivated, achievement oriented, high energy with a proven track record.
    Exceptional communication and teaming skills
    Bachelor's degree is preferred but can be substituted for experience
