    We have an immediate need for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator in Germantown, TN The ideal candidate must have 1-2 years of corporate recruiting or corporate HR experience.

    • Provides general administrative support to facilitate the sourcing and acquisition of talented associates for the company.
    • Conducts initial phone screens with applicants to source and qualify potential candidates.
    • Sources and interviews candidates for the company's posted job openings including onsite and management roles.
    • Uses the applicant tracking system of record (Workday) and talent attraction platform (Phenom) to mine resumes and source internal and external candidates.
    • Create recruiting campaigns to attract talent.
    • Refreshes job postings on internal and external recruiting web sites.
    • Assists with pre-employment screening processes as needed (e.g., background checks, drug screens, and employment verification) to ensure completion and documentation for all candidates.
    • Audits pending recruiting tasks and workflows in ATS and follow up on incomplete or time-sensitive tasks to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
    • Refreshes job postings on internal and external recruiting web sites.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned to meet the needs of the business.

    Qualifications:

    • at least one year of corporate recruiting or corporate HR experience
    • ATS experience such as Workday, PeopleSoft, SilkRoad, or ICIMS.
    • Bachelor's Degree
