We are currently looking for a Supply Chain leader and change agent to join our PMT ISC Planning Centre of Excellence team (PCOE).

Reporting to the PMT ISC Planning VP, you will have the opportunity to learn from the best and showcase your leadership skills, playing a crucial role in the company's success.


In this role, you will be responsible for understanding the metrics that drive the department and implementing strategies to improve material movement and delivery.

This will involve analyzing data, developing production plans, and collaborating with leadership across various functions to drive change.

You will also be responsible for building a world-class team, utilizing Lean Six Sigma techniques, and driving continuous improvement to achieve superior performance across all KPIs and metrics.


Responsibilities

  • Develop a strategic roadmap to enhance People, Process, and Tools capabilities
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Planning COE to implement worldclass Supply and Inventory planning methodologies across Honeywell's different business models
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Supply Planning and Inventory Planning
