Your Responsibilities

  • Your main task is to provide personal and telephone advice and booking services for all travel products (premium/luxury trips, cruises, hotels, vacation homes/apartments, etc.).
  • In addition to package and individual trips, you will also handle flight, ferry, car rental, and group bookings, as well as preparing travel invoices.
  • You will advise our members and customers on ADAC member benefits and additional ADAC (travel) insurance.
  • You will also be responsible for selling vignettes, publishing products, and merchandise.
  • You will also provide tourist advice, create route descriptions, and put together individual tour sets for our members.
  • You will support the department management and team with all organizational and administrative tasks, and contribute to achieving sales goals as a team.

Your Profile

  • You have completed training as a tourism or travel salesperson (or a similar qualification).
  • Indepth knowledge of the travel industry completes your profile.
  • You have professional experience in the tourism industry/travel agency and sell a variety of trips with passion and success. You are also confident in using common booking and travel systems.
  • You have a good command of MS Office.
  • Strong customer service and sales skills are among your strengths.
  • You work goaloriented and are used to working independently, but also enjoy working in a team and are flexible.
  • A friendly, confident, and competent demeanor completes your work style.
