Nemacolin, PA based UKH Service GmbH is a majority-owned subsidiary of the University Hospital Halle (Saale) AöR. It was founded to provide tertiary non-medical services.

We are currently seeking
Maintenance Cleaners
(m/f/d) to join our team at the University Hospital in Halle (Saale).


Your responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for the maintenance and hygiene cleaning of existing premises, while adhering to hospital hygiene guidelines.
  • This includes cleaning and disinfecting patient rooms, administrative areas, and restrooms.
  • You will also maintain inventory and replenish consumables.
  • Additionally, you will handle and operate basic industryspecific equipment and tools.
  • You will work according to the specifications in the service directory and follow all relevant occupational safety measures.
  • You will report any defects to the appropriate departments within the hospital.
  • You will also be responsible for the proper use of various cleaning substances relevant to maintenance and hospital cleaning.

Your qualifications

  • Ideally, you have previous experience in building cleaning. However, we also welcome applicants with no prior experience.
  • Experience in cleaning laboratory areas, intensive care units, and/or clean rooms is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of typical cleaning products and equipment is also beneficial.
  • You are a reliable, responsible, and motivated team player.
  • You have a strong customer and service orientation.
  • You are willing to work at least one, but no more than two weekends per month.
