Human Resources Officer (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

Supporting executives and employees
Participating in personnel planning
Collaborating with the works council on an equal footing
Being a point of contact for personnel and labor law issues
Developing and initiating HR concepts and projects
Creating an attractive work environment
Implementing strategic and partly operational tasks along the employee life cycle

Your profile:

Professional experience in a similar HR position
Occasional travel (approx. once a month)
Knowledge of labor law
Enjoy working with people
Good knowledge of English would be an advantage
Proficient in MS Office
