    Join our team at Batteries Plus as a full-time Electronic Store Assistant Manager and be a part of our exciting and dynamic work environment.

    In addition to the exciting and challenging nature of this role, we offer a competitive hourly pay rate ranging from $17.50 to $18.50/hr., depending on experience. You'll work normal business hours. You will receive great benefits such as exciting SPIFF bonus opportunities and a possible sign-on bonus.

    YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS AN ELECTRONIC STORE ASSISTANT MANAGER

    You will be responsible for leading and managing retail and commercial store sales activities to achieve our sales and profit goals. Your expertise in sales strategy development and execution will be crucial in driving the success of our store. Moreover, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and development of our store team through effective training, communication, follow-up, planning, organization, recognition, and support. By fostering a high-performance culture, you will ensure that our team is motivated, engaged, and equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve outstanding store performance.
