- Develop a long-term research strategy that supports immediate business needs and expands as new insights are uncovered.
- Manage a specialized team responsible for administering surveys, conducting research on organizational health, and examining trends.
- Distill complex data insights into compelling and simple stories for a broad range of stakeholders.
- Partner and support I&D strategic planning and councils by providing effective employee data, research, scrutiny, and insights.
- Talk to HR and stakeholders to gather employee experience needs, goals, and feedback for designing effective listening strategies.
- Define research related business requirements to ensure HR technology and data architecture is designed with research use cases in mind.
- Participate in analytics community, represent organization, stay updated on trends and best practices.
- Work with VP and COE to improve operational processes for better program results.
- Help track and report on COE impact, outcomes and ROI on a regular basis.
- Support the VP of People Growth & Engagement by managing ad hoc projects and requests.
