    We're actively seeking a motivated Assistant Brand Manager to join our innovative firm's Management Training Program. Founded by dedicated individuals aiming to revolutionize marketing and advertising, we provide cost-effective campaigns to deliver exceptional results.

    As leaders in the sales and marketing industry, we excel in customer acquisition and building repeat customer bases for our clients, including some of the world's largest retailers.


    About the Role:
    As an Assistant Brand Manager, you'll be a vital member of our marketing and advertising team.

    This entry-level position offers comprehensive training in basic marketing strategy, direct advertising, promotional techniques, visual merchandising, and consumer market research.

    Upon successful completion of the program, you'll transition into a team lead role within the marketing department, reporting directly to the Executive Marketing Manager.


    Responsibilities:
    Assist in the daily growth and development of assigned campaigns.
    Support customer acquisition and retention efforts.
    Manage external customer needs efficiently.
    Develop strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
    Drive sales through retail promotional campaigns.
    Build brand recognition through local events and experiential marketing.
    Plan, execute, and manage Brand Ambassador teams.
    Interact and communicate effectively with customers.
    Problem-solve and make professional judgments.
