Job Summary and Qualifications
The Program Assistant provides patient support in accordance with established policies and procedures of Medical City Dallas Hospital. In collaboration with the medical staff, patients, patient's family and other members of the health care team. The Program Assistant is responsible for utilizing a holistic and interdisciplinary approach to coordinate the care of recipients in the Renal Transplant program. In addition, the Program Assistant may also be responsible coordinating care from application through transplant. The Program Assistant will also collaborate care with other disciplines and providers as it relates to the needs of the recipient for transplant. The Program Assistant will interact with the Dialysis community as part of the transplant team.
