    Summary
    In this exciting and foundational role, you will be developing the global framework for our Data Center Operations.

    Your expertise will lead to the creation, execution, and refinement of global engineering standards that lead our industry, drive safety forward, deliver quality outcomes, increase customer success, and deliver enterprise value.

    Responsibilities
    Work collaboratively with global and regional teams to develop and manage global engineering operational policies, processes, and standards.

    Develop and lead Change Management, Equipment Asset, and Maintenance Management framework and processes.


    Develop and maintain incident response processes for all engineering related incidents including participating in response efforts during emergencies, root cause analyses, and corrective actions.

    Develop standardized templates for MOP's, SOP's, and EOP's focusing on personnel health & safety and infrastructure reliability.

    Lead Operating Partner selection and Management process.

    Develop and implement global Quality Management Program and KPI's to ensure compliance with global standards and customer SLA's.


    Partner with Design and Delivery Teams to review engineering design documentation, and to commission and transition data center infrastructure into production.


    Identify, champion and lead innovation throughout operations functions by thinking outside of the box, researching new technologies, and methods of management.

    Promote and build inclusive and transparent teams

    Develop internal assessment site program to ensure compliance with global operational processes and procedures.

    Develop and deliver global engineering training programs including recurring emergency drills program based on operational policies, processes, and standards.

    Support Corporate Audit and Certification processes as the business requires.

    Skills & Experience
    Bachelor of Science degree in an Engineering discipline.

    Minimum 7 years' experience in Data Center Operations in a leadership role of a global organization.

    Minimum 10 years' experience working in a mission critical environment

    In-depth knowledge of Data Center electrical and mechanical infrastructure including fire protection, safety, and building automation systems

    Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO, ASHRAE, IEEE, Uptime Institute, NETA, and NFPA

    Experience with Data Center management systems including BMS, EPMS, CMMS, and DCIM

    Proficient in MS Products, AutoCAD and/or other engineering software packages

    Thrives in a fast-paced and continuously developing environment

    Exhibits strong interpersonal skills, communication and collaboration in a team environment

    Self-starter with superior analytical skills; a problem solver with an astute attention to detail.

    Possesses good judgment, honesty, and utmost integrity

    Salary commensurate with experience and background. Bonus eligible.

    Actual compensation offered will be finalized at offer and may be above the posted range due to skill level, experience, industry specific knowledge, education/certifications, or geographic location.

    The work for this position will be conducted in an office environment.
