    Description

    Responsibilities:

    The Project Scheduler will be supporting project managers and program managers with developing and maintaining project schedules and budgets for large complex projects for the US Army Corps of Engineers in the Corps Project Management System (PROMIS).

    Responsible for maintaining up to date and accurate status of availability on Microsoft Outlook and MS Teams, at all times; must be able to be highly responsive to customer requests.

    Will be responsible for analyzing data quality and data quality issues. Will be responsible for generating complex reports in the PROMIS system.


    Skills & Experience:
    Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
    At least 1 year of experience scheduling for the Corps of Engineers PROMIS system
    Training formally and informally
    Knowledge of Corps of Engineers data standards preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or management or other related fields


    Security Clearances Required:
    Must be U.S. Citizen. Must be able to pass government background checks.
