    Description

    Paid overtime
    Work with the customer to determine new model product requirements and quality standards for those products
    Review and read part drawings to identify correct dimensions and tolerances of new model parts
    Create quality plan, process layout, and work instructions for new model launches and production
    Train individuals on new model quality and production plans
    Ensure quality documents are continually updated throughout the new model stages
    Determine quality checks and inspections to be completed during production
    Assist with internal quality audits during new model launches
    A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical field; or equivalent experience in new model automotive
    The ability to read part blueprints and use Microsoft Excel
