A well-known Government supporting company in the Dayton OH area is seeking an MBSE to join a well-established team supporting the development of tools for the Air Force Research Laboratory.

This person will be developing aerospace models and simulations in support of complex system analysis objectives. The team is integrating multi-physics-based modeling and simulation tools to characterize hypersonic systems.

Responsibilities will consist of assisting in the building of models from scratch and interfacing them with traditional physics-based modeling and simulation workflows as well as designing and testing them.

They also will help with reporting, customers briefings and could assist in some script writing to help with the sending and receiving of information gathered from these models tests.

A lot of this information will be then given to collaborators who will be developing machine learning models so this person will also work closely with them to ensure they have the right data from their tests to proceed.

Active Clearance

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Mechanical, Computer Science etc
• 2+ years' experience working within the systems engineering environment involved with radars, aircraft, missiles, space vehicles, rockets, navigation, hypersonic ( highly preferred)

o experience creating and manipulating models using cameo, magic draw or a similar system framework

• Python or objectoriented programming experience
• Ability to obtain a clearance
