    Description
    LinQuest is seeking a talented Model Based Systems Engineer to join our team in Beavercreek, OH. US citizenship and an active/current DoD Secret clearance is required.


    As a Model Based Systems Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our organization by leveraging your knowledge of Cameo to contribute to cutting-edge projects.

    Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the development and enhancement of complex systems ensuring the highest level of precision and efficiency.


    Responsibilities:
    Utilize your expertise in Cameo to create and maintain detailed system architectures and models.

    Work within a team of analysts and data engineers to import/export data from Cameo, streamlining processes and improving management and access to data contained within MBSE tools.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze complex system requirements and provide innovative solutions.
    Ensure compliance with industry best practices.
    Work closely with project stakeholders to gather and refine system modeling requirements.
    Provide guidance and mentorship to team members on Cameo techniques and best practices.


    Required Skills and Experience:
    Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering discipline.
    3+ years of Systems Engineering experience.
    Hands-on experience with Cameo forsystem modeling.
    Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
    Excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze and address complex challenges.
    Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new software applications.
    US Citizenship.
    DoD Secret clearance


    Preferred Skills and Experience:


    Well-practiced capability using SysML or UML for systems development and experience using Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools such as Cameo, SparxEA, Rhapsody, etc.

    Experience with SysML or UML
    Familiarity with SysML 2.0
    Knowledge of digital engineering initiatives within the DoD
    Familiarity with Data Engineering concepts
    Familiarity with MBSE integration with MS&A toolsets like MATLAB/Simulink
    Previous involvement in Digital Engineering transformation initiatives
    Experience executing conceptual design and complex modeling, simulation, and analysis
