- Work within AST project engagements for Salesforce implementations for our Public Sector (State/County/Local government) clients.
- Experience working within the Public Sector is required.
- Participate, plan and lead the discovery phase; recognize and analyze the business purpose and needs, assess capability gaps, understand project scope and identify all functional and non-functional requirements.
- Host business requirements meetings with the client.
- Work as a knowledgeable liaison between technical teams, testing teams and business stakeholders.
- Author business use cases & user stories
- Host presentations of prototypes/demos with business users
- Configuration and testing of Salesforce functionality during implementation.
- Assist with the writing of business requirements documents for developers & data consultants.
- Assist with User Acceptance testing.
- Prior experience with the configuration & implementation of functionality
- Must have prior experience working within the Public Sector (State/local government)
- Prior experience with public sector solutions, including Grants Management and License /Permit/Inspection Management is highly desirable
- Firm understanding of 's best practices.
- Prior experience working on agile projects.
- Have knowledge in the following areas: Salesforce Sales, Service, Communities, Public Sector Foundation or Custom cloud.
- Prior hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration preferred including, creating pages, tabs, views, filters, validation rules, workflows, process builder, cloud flow designer, approvals, profiles, role, security permissions, custom objects, custom fields, relationships, reports/dashboards, lightning UI and other configuration related activities.
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Salesforce Certifications: App Builder & Admin as well as Salesforce Business Analyst, are ideal.
- 3-5 years of Salesforce or relevant consulting experience
