    We are a group of passionate individuals dedicated to making a positive impact on our community. Our team showcases their creativity and commitment daily by developing innovative ways to expand the reach of our charity partners. We are currently seeking an Entry Level Client Relations Manager to support both new and existing nonprofit clients. The role involves spearheading forward-thinking fundraising campaigns to boost community contributions for our partnered charitable organizations.

    Entry Level Client Relations Manager Responsibilities:

    • Engage with clients and potential donors during fundraising events
    • Maximize exposure to drive enhanced revenue for our charity partners
    • Acquire knowledge of various marketing strategies and participate in educational programs for professional development
    • Participate in daily meetings to understand client needs and brainstorm strategies to enhance campaign performance
    • Stay informed about our charity partners and follow up with potential donors
    • Address and resolve any client issues promptly
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to cater to the requirements and queries of our charity clients

    Entry Level Client Relations Manager Requirements:

    • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or marketing is preferred
    • 1-3 years of client-facing experience
    • A strong enthusiasm for actively contributing to the community
    • Availability for in-person meetings and training sessions at our premises
    • Confidence in public speaking, addressing both small and large audiences
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
    • Solution-driven mindset and willingness to support team members
