    and personal growth

    .
    Administer and advise leaders regarding legal and regulatory compliance: FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEO, ACA, etc.
    Participate in designing specific site initiatives that support

    our overall

    culture and people philosophy

    .
    Participate in the continuous assessment, prioritization and revision of

    succession and key employee

    plans.
    Drives performance management and compensation processes

    .
    Create

    , analyze, and report

    data and develop standard

    Ensures consistent policy implementation and adherence

    and mitigate compliance risks

    Perform investigations

    Qualifications:


    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or related field.

    SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP

    a plus


    At least 10 years in a dedicated
    HRrole with at least 7 years of
    HRmanagement experience


    Experience in a manufacturing environment a

    major

    plus
