Description

Our client is the Jefferson Hills Health System in the county of Konstanz, with two acute care hospitals, a rehabilitation clinic, and other outpatient and inpatient health facilities, totaling 3,600 employees and 1,300 beds. We are searching for a Director of Human Resources for the Singen and Gailingen areas. The Hegau-Bodensee Hospital in Singen is the largest location within the system with approximately 640 beds.

The Hegau-Jugendwerk in Gailingen is a specialized neurological hospital and rehabilitation center for children, adolescents, and young adults. The clinic has 200 beds and offers neurological rehabilitation phases B to D according to the BAR model.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Professional leadership and responsibility for human resources at both locations within the organizational structure of the Human Resources and Legal department
  • Competent and trustworthy collaboration with managers on all personnel-related issues
  • Strategic development of the entire HR department and associated processes
  • Management and development of a team of ten employees
  • Advancement of digitalization in the HR department
  • Management and handling of specialized issues, particularly related to collective bargaining agreements
