- Analyze conflicts in legal matters, advise clients on solutions, and negotiate on behalf of clients
- Communicate with senior associates, paralegals, and clients to ensure cases are handled efficiently
- Conduct legal research, prepare for and attend hearings and/or other legal proceedings, and provide legal counsel with the help of senior associate attorneys
- Prepare correspondence and legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, briefs, affidavits, motions, and settlement agreements for contract negotiations and proceedings

This is a full-time hybrid role as an Associate Attorney at Fait & DiLima, LLP. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice and performing research, as well as negotiating and litigating on behalf of clients in family law cases.
Compensation:$100,000 - $140,000 yearly
Responsibilities:Fait & DiLima, LLP is a law firm located in Rockville, MD, specializing in family law matters in Maryland and the District of Columbia. With over 100 years of combined experience, our team of compassionate and skilled attorneys, paralegals, and admin provide exceptional representation to individuals facing family law disputes. We prioritize understanding the personal and sensitive nature of these matters while advocating for our clients and achieving favorable legal outcomes. We serve a majority of our clients in Montgomery and Frederick Counties and in a few other counties that are sprinkled in for fun.
