    Fait & DiLima, LLP is a law firm located in Rockville, MD, specializing in family law matters in Maryland and the District of Columbia. With over 50 years of combined experience, our team of compassionate and skilled attorneys provides exceptional representation to individuals facing family law disputes. We prioritize understanding the personal and sensitive nature of these matters, while advocating for our clients and achieving favorable legal outcomes. We serve a majority of our clients in Montgomery and Frederick Counties and in a few other counties that are sprinkled in for fun.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time hybrid role as an Associate Attorney at Fait & DiLima, LLP. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice and performing research, as well as negotiating and litigating on behalf of clients in family law cases.

    Qualifications

    • Sense of Humor
    • Strong knowledge of Family Law and Legal Research
    • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
    • Ability to provide effective legal advice
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
    • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
    • Admission to the Maryland
