- Greet all Smith guests by being attentive to them as soon as they walk through the door
- Create a welcome environment for guests, when appropriate refer to guests by their names.
- Help run Service by running the book
- Say yes Always try to find ways to accommodate a request.
- Guide guests to their tables with menus.
- Manager the floor plan and pay special attention to reservations and ensure they are seated in a timely manner.
- Clean, organize, and stock menus at host area.
- Answer phone and answer questions concerning the menu and the restaurant.
- Observe the entire dining experience ensuring that every moment at the exceeds expectations
- You exemplify the highest standards of honesty and integrity.
- You are highly confident in your abilities and are detail-oriented.
- You are a team player and have excellent communication skills.
- You genuinely get joy out of making people happy and are able to have fun while working
- You have a love and passion for the hospitality industry.

About The Smith
The Smith is an extremely popular casual neighborhood brasserie – in fact, several of our locations are among the Top 100 busiest restaurants in the US The menu features bistro classics, seasonal fare, and craft cocktails.
