Deine Aufgaben umfassen:
Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Group P&L und Balance Sheet, analysierst Plan- vs. Ist Abweichungen und erstellst detaillierte Reportings zu den Entwicklungen von Umsatzerlösen und Kosten.
Du erstellst periodische Plan- vs. Ist- und Forecast-Berichte, inklusive Abweichungsanalysen, Kommentierungen und Handlungsempfehlungen für Umsatz, Erfolgsrechnungen, ausgewählte Bilanzpositionen, Liquiditätsentwicklung und Investitionen.
Du unterstützt im Planungs- und Budget-Prozess.
Du begleitest den Aufbau und die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung bestehender und neuer Controlling-Instrumente sowie Kostenstellen- und Deckungsbeitragsrechnung.
Du erstellst empfängergerechte Präsentationen sowie weitere Berichte für Unternehmensgremien und andere Stakeholder.
Du arbeitest bei der Entwicklung und Erstellung von KPI-Dashboards mit.
Du unterstützt andere Bereiche bei der Weiterentwicklung von Finanzreports in Microsoft NAV und bei der Modellierung von neuen Business Cases.
Du treibst selbstständig die Automatisierung von manuellen Prozessen und Reportings voran und bringst mit uns zusammen das Reporting von financial und non financial KPIs auf das nächste Level.
Was wir uns von dir wünschen:
Du hast erfolgreich ein Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finance oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung absolviert.
Du hast 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Controlling oder in ähnlichen Finance-Abteilungen.
Logisches Denken und eine ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität zeichnen dich aus.
Du überzeugst durch Wissbegier und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe.
Du arbeitest ein Thema nicht nur ab, sondern versuchst immer, es zu verstehen. Die gewonnenen Erkenntnisse ordnest du immer in den Gesamtkontext ein und prüfst so, ob deine Ergebnisse plausibel sind.
Du beherrscht die gängigen MS Office Programme und hast idealerweise bereits Erfahrungen mit SQL und der Arbeit im DWH.
Du kannst problemlos auf Deutsch und Englisch kommunizieren.
