Your responsibilities:

Customer service: recording customer inquiries and completing them
Order acceptance and product consultation based on customer needs
Identification and analysis of customer requests
Processing of orders
Creation and management of customer data

What you bring:

Professional experience in a serviceoriented work environment (including internships and shortterm positions)
Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of interacting with customers via email and phone
Willingness to work in shifts (minimum 8:00 am 8:00 pm)
