Scientific Researcher (full-time) in the field of entrained flow gasification of biomass and waste materials


Your tasks:
You will be involved in the gasification of solid fuels under entrained flow conditions. Planning, conducting and evaluating experiments in our entrained flow reactors, thermogravimetric analyzers, and laboratory will be your main responsibilities. This also includes regular maintenance and repair of the equipment in collaboration with our technicians.

The aim of the experiments is to gain a better understanding of the kinetics, structural development, and gas composition during entrained flow gasification, with a special focus on different biogenic waste materials and their suitability for conversion.

Your work will build upon extensive experience from previous projects.


Your profile:
You have an above-average university degree in the field of energy or process engineering. You are characterized by a conscientious, independent, and solution-oriented work style. You also have a solid knowledge of reactor technology and reaction kinetics. Flexibility, creativity, and enjoyment of experimental work and collaboration in a team complete your profile.
